Issues w/ Upload Speeds on Asus AC86U

I recently bough the Asus AC86U, and I am having an issue. My wireless speeds are very good, I am getting about 250 down 12 Up, but today I set up my desktop PC and hard wired it into the router and I am having issues with my upload speeds. While hardwired in I am getting 400 Down but only .75 up. I called comcast and things look good on their end. I also replaced all ethernet cables thinking it could be a faulty cable but that did not work. I also reset the router to factory settings. It is really driving me crazy, I just cant figure out what is causing the terrible upload speeds. Do you guys have any suggestions?

What motherboard and network device do you have? If it is a killer NIC, it may be impeding uploads to improve gaming type responses.
