Question Issues With AltTab And AltF4

Hello everyone, for some reason, I am running into an issue that I cannot solve. My AltTab and WinKeyTab are swapped with functions somehow. When I AltTab, my task view interface comes up, and when I WinKeyTab, my regular alttab view comes up. Also, my AltF4 isn't working all of a sudden as well. Any help is appreciated on what could be done to revert everything back. Thank you.

Does the keyboard have its own software?

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

It doesn't delete anything, all it does is stops non Microsoft programs launching at startup. easily reversed

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
