[SOLVED] Issues with Bluetooth pairing window display

I am having issues with my Win10 where I am trying to connect a bluetooth device. the device is detected and asks to be paired... but the pair device window is not displayed properly on screen to enable/accept the connection. I am unsure why this is happening and clueless.

My bluetooth speaker is pairing with no problem at the moment, but here's what I do when I have trouble with it. Go to Start -> Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth and other devices. Make sure Bluetooth is set to ON, then click Add bluetooth or other device. Follow the onscreen directions after making sure your device is ready to pair.
