Issues with building a new pc

So I ordered some parts that got home yesterday, the parts are GPU 1060 3gb, PSU-Corsair VS550, Motheboard-Asrock A320M-HDV, AMD CPU, and 16 GB ram. I just finished building it, and I ran into a problem instantly. When I try to boot my computer up, everything seems to start as it is supposed to, the only thing is that the display on the monitor just says hdmi no signal, even though I plugged it in. Every part seems to be working (At least the fans) and I can't figure it out. A thing I tried was taking a older graphics card and put that into my pc, but to no avail. I tried plugging the 1060 into my older pc, and it boots me to a black screen with the text "B2" which I don't know what to do with. I have no idea what might be wrong, so I am open for suggestions. What exact memory using? Try connecting an internal speaker to the motherboard and see if any beeps.

When I plugged it into my older pc it started beeping, so it does beep at least

Have you connected the 8 pin power cable to the board? If yes, and no beeps, then board, or CPU does not work, assuming that the power supply is not defective.

Start the pc with the integrated graphics, go to BIOS and select GPU as the first boot graphics mode.
Then put your GPU back in your PC and it will likely work then.
If it didn´t start your pc with integrated graphics while your GPU is plugged in the motherboard, install the drivers for the GPU when the drivers are installed plug your hdmi cable in your GPU while your PC is on. If there is still nothing restart the pc while the hdmi cable is plugged in your GPU.

There isn't a 8-pin connector, I found a 4-pin, but such cable didn't include in the PSU..

Unfortunately, there is no integrated graphics in the motherboard, so I can't really boot into Bios

I've found this on their site:

- Supports Triple Monitor

- Supports DVI-D with max. resolution up to 1920x1200 @ 60Hz
- Supports D-Sub with max. resolution up to 2048x1536 @ 60Hz
- Supports Auto Lip Sync, Deep Color (12bpc), xvYCC and HBR (High Bit Rate Audio) with HDMI Port (Compliant HDMI monitor is required)
- Supports HDCP with DVI-D and HDMI Ports
- Supports Full HD 1080p Blu-ray (BD) playback with DVI-D and HDMI Ports

You have to connect it, otherwise the system would not POST. The power supply should have an EPS (CPU) 4+4 pin connector. See if able to split it.

Yes, I have all three

Boot your pc with the hdmi cable plugged in the hdmi port and see what happens.

Indeed, I split the 8pin and plugged it into the 4-pin on the motherboard, it still says no signal, though
