Issues with buying computers online?

Hello guys,

Im doing a project, where in need to analyse the pros and cons of buying computers online and computer components. Im also personally working on ways on how to "view your rig" before you its delivered to you. If you like the idea, let me know!

So if you are happy to help, please tell me about your experiences with buying online (both pros and cons) and id deeply appreciate it

I'd personally prefer online because most online stores allow you to fully customize what you get in your PC. And the prices usually are really acceptable. At stores you depend on what they have in stock and it takes time..

There can be a problem of return, but I've done most of my shopping online but I've never received damaged items.

And to me it is preferred because of the better deals, opportunity to make comparison, component upgrades, etc
