Question issues with casting from phones to TVs (chromecast) and google hubs

I'm having issues with casting from phones to TVs (chromecast) and google hubs, when I open YouTube, sling, google photos or any app, it takes about 60 seconds to show up the casting icon, sometimes 30 sec, sometimes 2 minuter, sometimes it disappears. Then when I click on it, it takes another minute or 2 to start casting, it's random, sometimes it doesn't start at all. It started happening on its own. It was always working fine before. I have the nest wifi router (only one) and frontier modem. I tried resetting both modem and router, it didn't help.

WIFI is very difficult to debug because it is impacted by so many things outside your control. Maybe start with a WIFI visualizer like this -- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer&hl=en

It will let you see all the WIFI signals.

So restarting my phone fixes the issue, but every few days it comes back.

Then maybe some APP is using all the resources from your phone. Rebooting your phone frees up resources. You may need to look at what is using resources on your phone.

How do I check that? RAM?
