Issues with corsair ram and my motherboard

Back in September 2017 I bought a DIY kit with a Msi m7270 the 7700K chip and 2 sticks of corsair ddr 4 2133mhz , as if now I've had to replace both the ram twice and the motherboards once to be safe but I'm having issues seemingly always loosing 1 of the two ram sticks I have installed is It possible the 2133 MHz is not up to spec or would I look somewhere else as my issue first as both the ram and MB have already been Rma'd once each.

I'd try to replace the PSU. You may be running into an issue of over/under volting which is causing the parts to short. There are ways to test that, but you'd need a volt meter.

7h Gen CPU 7700K support 2400MHz memory
Older 6th Gen Skylake support 2133MHz memory

Problems with memory slots detecting memory can be caused by bent pins in CPU socket.

"k" model CPUs commonly use higher frequency memory when overclocking.
