Hello,
I am unsure if I have an issue with my dllhost.exe process. As far as I can tell, it`s fine; it`s located in SysWOW64, its the proper size(7,168 bytes), but my antivirus software is having an issue with it. Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security believes it is attempting "unauthorized changes". This is the log overview it gives:

Name: dllhost.exe
From: Microsoft Corporation
Version: 6.1.7600.16385 (win7_rtm.090713-1255)
Copyright: © Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
Detected Resource or Process ID: HKCR\CLSID\{AB8902B4-09CA-4BB6-B78D-A8F59079A8D5}\localserver32\0
Response: Terminated

I`m unsure of what this means. Once this occurs, Trend Micro pops up a notification in the corner of my screen;once I click okay, about a minute later, it occurs again. This happens about 7-8 times, then it stops. I`m unsure of how to respond.

My Trend Micro Titanium Maximum started the same thing on the same day. Also we have win 7 on 4 computers and the dllhost.exe is in the SysWOW64 folder on all of them. I called trend micro and they sent me this link http://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us/home/pages/technical-support/maximum-security/1105881.aspx to do an additional scan on my computer and I am running it now as I type this. The guy I talked to has had others call in with the same issue and think it might be on their end..

dllhost.exe is not supposed to be in your SysWOW64 folder, it should only be in the \Windows\system32 folder. I've seen this before when removing malware from machines. Also, do you notice multiple instances of the dllhost.exe process running? A description next to the process would say "COM Surrogate."
