Issues with external monitor

I have connected laptop with TV. It was working perfectly. All of sudden the TV color is blueish. What may be the probelm. The TV is working with with its normal signal.

Is it a VGA connection? Then check the cable and the plugs. One of the lanes in it is not connected.
