Question Issues with fps on a good pc

My specs are
i7 4770
rtx 2060
and 16 gb of ram

Most games i play run much lower fps than what I have seen and read. For example on GTA 5 i get around 50-60 fps on low settings and v-sync off. I have tried using DDU to reinstall my drivers and reinstalling windows, yet nothing has worked. Any ideas?

What you have seen and read about the 2060 has precious little to do with your CPU,look at benchmarks for your 4770 to see if your FPS are ok or low.
