Issues with front i/o (USB ports) nzxt h440 case?

i have a wireless keyboard mouse reciever plugged into it but when i hit escape to exit full screen programs the keyboard won't work. so i plugged the receiver piece into the rear ports for now and it seems to be working good now. can i fix my front usb ports? And why would they do this all of a sudden?

did you make sure the front USB header is still connected to the motherboard? sometimes they come loose and will disconnect so the best thing to do is to just check and see if they are still attached properly. hope this helps
