Question Issues with games disappearing from taskbar when ALT-tabbing

Hello! I hope I'm sending this in the right forum.
I'm having an annoying problem which I haven't found a solution for, so I thought maybe you guys could help me out.
So it started happening this week, when I'm playing games like, LoL & CS Go they disappear from the taskbar when I alt+tab.
The solution I've found is checking "multi-task settings" and "virtual desktops" and to have it on "All Desktops" however that did not solve my issue.
Anyone know a possible solution, would make me happy!

I'm using Windows 10 Home 64/bit, build 18363.

I believe you are issuing taskbar overlapping problems.
Have you tried restarting your PC? If not, do that.
Alternative solution -> Task Manager -> Terminate File Explorer

I've restarted my PC.
I've also checked and terminated Explorer however, with no success - But I couldn't find any process called "File Explorer".
Although I've noticed that it's not doing it on every game that I play, tried opening up "Dota 2" and it stays there when I Alt+Tab, but League Of Legends & Counterstrike just disappears still.
