Issues with getting POST from first system build

I’ve already done all the steppes listed PERFORM THESE STEPS before posting about POST/boot/no video problems! there, and I’ve got nothing.
The system
Intel core i3
Nvidia GTX 1050ti
Asus z87i
Two ballistic 8 gig sticks of RAM
Thermaltake smart 700w PSU

I have everything plugged in and have double checked compatibility, all I get when a turn the power switch on is a green LED lit up on the corner of the motherboard, I reread and retraced my steps from the manual and no dice, would appreciate some help, thanks

have you tried just removing your GPU and just leave a single RAM? does it boot up?
also double check the pins for your front panel. some people might get the wires there mixed up. those 8/9 little wires can be so easily interchanged on the wrong pin.

No dice, the green LED still turns on though
