I'm trying to "fix" two computers for a company. These computers sit up front for their customers to use. They are running XP pro.
The issue is IE (which they want to use) gives them a prompt when displaying mixed content asking if they want to block its display. Most people seem to be hitting yes, which blocks the images they need to be viewing.
So for the first computer I logged in as admin (both computers are local). I then changed the enable mixed content in IE security from prompt to enable. That worked and it fixed the issue for all users.
However, the second computer will not use the changed admin settings for its other user. When I switch back to the customer username IE settings are the same (I cant access them but the mixed content prompt shows up). I tried temporarily making the customer username an admin to manually change it, but I still have limited options (it says the administrator has blocked these options or something) to do just about anything. Right clicking doesn't work on desktop either (for customer account that I attempted to set admin privileges on).
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!
