Issues with installing cpu cooler

I am thinking about installing a new corsair cooler, but 2 standoffs are behind the window cut out, what to do??

What cooler, it looks like your going to have to remove the motherboard.

When you remove your current cooler you might be able to just slide the back plate in place if not then remove the motherboard.
