Issues with intial bootup

So, i got it built and it posts fine, boots fine. I got windows 10 installed no problem. Then i couldent activate it. After that issue was solved i reset my pc. At 99 i accidentally turned it off and now i have a windows boot manager in my boot menu in bios. When i boot into it i get a constand boot loop. So i need to know how to do a full wipe of the harddrive or atleast delete it as a boot option
