Issues with my hard disk Toshiba 63700 1TB

Hi everyone, I have a big problem with my hard disk Toshiba 63700 1TB, it began having a bad working when my cousin disconnected it without windows permission, since then when I tried to watch some videos connecting it to the tv, it recognize all the videos but later doesn’t, but it doesn't have problems storaging staffs. I tried to fix it with the CHKDSK windows option, fomating it, and my friend tried to fix it with a Serial ATA but it doesn’t fix. I don’t know what else can I do, it is a new hard disk

Plug it in to a PC and then download and install the Crystal Disk Info in my signature. It will tell you if it it failing or not. If it says anything but Good post back what is Yellow or Red

Hi there MemeOchoa,

Can you access all the data when the HDD is attached to your computer? In case you can, you need to just back it up.
Afterwards, you can test it with the tool that drtweak suggested. If there is something wrong with it, just RMA it.
