Issues with my laptop playing 1080 60fps videos

I don't know if it's an hardware issue, but my laptop seems to have difficulties running 1080p 60fps video on YouTube It usually never has an issue running regular 30fps video, but the moment I attempt to play 60fps I get severe lag. I've tried disabling hardware acceleration on both chrome and Firefox, but it doesn't resolve the problem at all. I have a 3 year old Toshiba laptop that is a satellite c675d model with a AMD E-300 apu radeon (tm) HD graphics 1.30 GHZ graphics card and 4 gb of ram.

yep is a hardware issue no offence but that laptop isnt really good 720p video may do fine but 1080p probably not it comes down to the cpu and gpu being the problem

No. Regular 1080p 30 works fine most of the time. Only 60fps is the issue. I managed to get 72060 fps to work very briefly until I changed to another video.

make sure settings are on performance mode and see if it changes things
