Issues with new pc

I just built a new PC and am having several issues,
1.my mouse tends to disconnect and reconnect randomly and makes the windows noise when it reconnects
2. I've only had this issue once but the computer froze up while running multiple apps and i had to manually reset the computer
3. My display at random times seems to lose signal or something because the display remains on but shows no display
I was wondering if these issues are caused by possibly a faulty motherboard and or power supply because I've read many forums about many of these issues and have tried all the fixes I have found

i7-6800k (oc 4.0ghz)
gigabyte designare ex 2011-3
EVGA gtx 1070 sc
corsair rmi 850w
noctua nh-d15 cpu cooler
16gb ddr4 corsair 3000mhz vengeance RAM

Try swapping out mobos. Ive gone through this before and all it had been was a faulty motherboard.

Try turning OC back to stock and see if you still have the issue.
