I have 2 pairs of Kingston HyperX fury 2133 4gb, If I put all 4 of them in my pc it detects 16 gb, thats good. But if i go to task manager it says 8gb is reserved. I tried to fix that in many different ways but it just didnt work. So I just got out them ram and tested it 1 by 1. I found out only 2 ram sticks work and with the other 2 my pc just doesnt boot, but if I pair them with my other RAM that does work it does detect it but just doesnt work. Is the RAM broken or is it something I dont know?

PC Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 1600
MSI B450 gaming pro carbon ac
Asus rog strix RX 580 8gb top edition

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Other combinations you decide to make have no guarantee to be compatible together.

You may be able to get your two pair combination to run at a slower speed of 1866MHz, if you had a PC that allowed that speed.
motherboard must manage all the ram using the same specs of voltage, cas and speed.
The internal workings are designed for the capacity of the kit.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards, can be very sensitive to this.
This is more difficult when more sticks are involved.
That is why ram vendors will NOT support ram that is not bought in one kit.

Past that, ryzen is picky about ram, not all DDR4 is compatible.

The gold standard for testing ram is memtest86.
Test each stick individually to verify that the single stick is good.
Only then can you test combos.

My only suggestion to get many disparate sticks to work together is to play with increasing the default ram voltage.

Possibly, also, there is a bios update for your motherboard that addresses ram compatibility.
Do not flash just on speculation.

I have already tested all of them, with just the second pair it just doesnt boot, I have done a bios update 3 days ago and that also didnt work.
