Issues with Samsung M3 External Hard Drive

I am having issues with my External Hard Drive, it shows up in the Disk Management but not in File Explorer. I formatted the drive and made the new volume but I cant use all 1TB I can only use 80GB here is 2 screenshots http://imgur.com/o0KfTFd http://imgur.com/a/M4TjB. I am currently on Windows 10 latest version.

You can try to allocate that space and extend it afterwards.

If this doesn't work, I believe you can use some third party partition management tool.
