issues with scaling

I run an and r9 390x now please not my graphics runs great keeps cool and runs without issues, but there is one issue that I cannot figure out how to resolve, my pc each time it either cones out of sleep or off or restart the scaling I had set is 5% and goes to 10% everyone and I have to open up adrenaline and move the slider to get the correct resolution, and also games in fullscreen do it also, please help I'm out of options here. Also it's only on my 32in Sanyo tv that does it not the other two monitors.

Set it in windows instead of in Adrenalin.
