I'm having the same problem. even though I have downlaoded and installed the driver. from different sites but I'm stll not be able to use the cam.

PS: I know it's a very old cam, just found it from my store room and it looks very new to me.

I have found that some Kodak cameras need to be powered up and switched on before the USB lead is plugged in to the computer. If the camera has been stored for a while, it may not switch on if the battery is too flat. Leaving it plugged in for a while might help but unplug it before trying to turn it on again.
