Istalling the Maximus V Fromula on Trooper

Hello, I want to ask how to install the Maximus V Fromula on CM Storm Trooper how to install stand-off s correctly and whats the diferrence betwen stand-off and stand-off socket?

Check which holes on the motherboard correspond with which holes on the motherboard tray. Screw motherboard standoffs in those holes, then place the motherboard on it and screw it into place. Make sure you don't place standoffs in spots where there isn't a corresponding hole in the motherboard, or it will very likely short out the motherboard.

OK but what the differnce betwenn stand off and stand off socket
because I have 11 stand off and 1 stand off socket with my case.

I think you might be reffering to the small tool Cooler Master ships with its higherend cases, used to use a screwdriver to screw in the standoffs in the motherboard tray.
