isthis memory stick compatible with my motherboard?

Yes should be fine, keep in mind to run at 1333 will need the FSB set to 1333 or higher also

The FSB is part of the mobo, it's how fast everything runs through it

in cpuz the dram frequency says 666 does this mean I have 1333 FSB? I just want to run at 1333 fsb but my motherboards says 1333 (oc) do I need to overclock something?

Your golden - it's DDR (DOUBLE data rate) so take 666 x 2 (double) and you have the effective freq of 1333 - congrats 😉

Lol thanks😀 it was set to auto and the dram frequency was 533 (2x533=1066) but I tweaked it in the bios to 1333, but does that make my computer run faster?
