IStock won't answer my emails about ending subscription

Hi guys,

Don't know if this is the right place to ask for peoples opinion and help, but don't know where to go.
I've purchased a subscription on IStock and want to revoke it, should be easy it says, just message customer support - well I did, 5 times over the last 2 weeks, and while every automated mail says they'll answer in 1 day, they never did. The billing date is coming up and I don't want to lose another 30 euros on something that I don't want or use.
Can anyone give me some advice on what to do?

I assume iStock has your credit card on file and charge it periodically

If iStock refuses to respond to you, I would contact your credit card customer service and explain the situation to them. Tell them you want to refuse to let iStock continue to charge you.

Agree with the above.

However, you may need to make a fraud claim against iStock which may result in the credit card account being frozen.

Be very sure about what the credit card provider can and perhaps will do.

Especially if there are other paid services and or subscriptions on the card.

I have the same problem. I wrote them and called them 10 times in the past 2 months and nobody is responding... This is very shameful for such a company as Istock...
