Question it is motherboard dead?

After i install the Corsair Link software with the ax1200i, When I open the software, the computer automatically shuts down. after it restart will work, but next time I turn it on , keep a beep sound and restart, can't to go in the bios, it is motherboard dead? how can fix it. thanks

Uninstall that SW in safe mode if possible, have you tried to reset CMOS ?

reset CMOS still same, after beep restart immediately
