Yes B250 is a standard chipset for 7th-gen Intel CPUs. It will work without having to update BIOS. A side note some MSI mobo's have Enhanced Turbo mode that allows you to run all cores at the max Intel Turbo Boost speed. So while you won't be able to overclock on the B250, you should be able to run the 7600K at 4.2GHz on all four cores.
