Without knowing what model of the DRAM there's no way of telling if it's 2x4GB around 130 would be more appropriate - would suggest making sure you have the latest BIOS then enable XMP, profile 1 and see what it is. If 1x8GB it may be higher

Trfc is around 260 nanoseconds for 4-gigabit DDR3 SDRAM chips and 160 nanoseconds for 2-gigabit DDR3 SDRAM chips. This can be converted into cycles by dividing it by the configured clock period. Note that Trfc is independent of the data rate, so overclocking the memory will result in a proportionally higher Trfc if Trfc is measured in clock cycles.
