You shouldn't need PPPoE for WiFi.

Does your PC have a WiFi card? Desktops usually don't.

Which rourer and wireless card ( model u have)??
As the guy here told u,u need a wireless card..
If you DO have one.. Which model is the card? do your wifi card Driver is updated?? If so,is there a waals,metal objects between the card to the router?
If no,and the drivers updated, probably your router is newer than the card,and they not support each other..
