it shows unidentified network when i tried to share my android phone internet in my pc

I tried to share my android internet in my PC through USB tethering but it shows unidentified network so that I cannot connect to internet

Please anybody help me to cure this problem.........

Do you have the USB tethering drivers installed?
It is usually done directly through Windows Update.

Although its usually quick, in some occasions it takes as much as a minute for the PC to identify the tethered network. Give it some time
