It will be enough?

Solution
seasonic focus plus 550
or
corsair RMx 550

if you want more options for the future:
to add more power hungry video card / or processor
then you can get one of the 650w models of either focus plus or RMx
generally speaking : NO : you want some breathing room when it comes to power supplies :
you don´t want them to run at 90% of their capacity (50-60% is ideal)
but online calculators tend to exaggerate .
it also hugely depends on the power supply quality .
what are your system specs ?

My specs are :
I5-7640x
GTX 1060 from Gigabyte with 3 gb
8gb ddr4
3, 120mm fans
1, m.2 ssd with 128gb
1, 7.2k rpm sata hdd with 1tb

You should get a 650w PSU, mostly as a "future-proofing" method, in case you have plans of upgrading. I use a 750w 80+ Gold PSU for my i7-7700k, GTX 1080, 16GB RAM, 2TB HDD, 250GB SSD and it should last me a couple of years, and I will have no issues with wattage when it comes to upgrades.

TL;DR
Get at least a 650w PSU, you won't regret it.

OK, I see, but it will cause any harm for a short period of time? I'm looking to change it in the near future.

I got my eyes on a Seasonic Focus+, 80+ Gold, 650W

good pick .
550w model would be sufficient for now . but 650w gives you more space for future upgrades .
