It won't let me delete nvidia folders from program files

So I am trying to do a clean install of nvidia drivers, so I am following this guide http://www.overclock.net/t/1150443/how-to-remove-your-nvidia-gpu-drivers to do so. Problem is, I can't delete the Nvidia Corporation folders in Program files and Program files (x86). It is saying that "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Desktop Window Manager" (detoured.dll). What to do?

well, most likely that the file is being used or is loaded. if you want to do a sweep, there are utilities for those, driver sweeper is one (if my memory serves me right). it's easy to use
