IT8720F Chip fried

My Motherboard is the GA-990FXA-UD3 Rev1.1 and the ITE Chip (IT8720F JXS) is damaged and it does not work now

Where can i buy a new one that works on my motherboard? Do i need a specific chip?

But recommend to let someone, like in the local pc shop, to do the job. And you maybe end up buy the other MB, because the chip died, it may kill other components on that MB too. And Good Luck.
