Question ITERHPGEN.EXE Errors, Games and Browser Crashing

Intel i9 12900k stock
Asus TUF 3080 OC stock
Corsair Dominator DDR4 16 gigs, XMP Enabled 3600hz
Asus TUF Z690 Plus
Corsair 850w Shift

Boot drive: WD M.2 Blue 500gig
Samsung 980 storage
WD Black storage

When I start playing some games will work, my sound software will sometimes crash, chrome will crash. The error also states Application error, sometimes Not enough memory to run this program. I've reset windows, updated the bios, drivers. Ran Malwarebytes free version with no problems. A few months ago after a windows update my pc wouldn't shutdown after clicking the button or restart. I have to hold the case button. I thought sending the motherboard in for an rma would help, they sent me a different refurbished board, with no changes to these problems.

Where did you source the installer for your OS?

What was the board prior tot he refurbished board? If it's different in make and model, you're supposed to reinstall the OS.

It's the exact same make and model board. I downloaded windows from Micro Soft.I'm pretty sure I've installed Windows again on this board.
