Just looking for some feeback on my next build, the last time I did a build was 6 years ago so I'm looking for any tips and suggestions on something I may have overlooked.

Approximate Purchase Date: Before the end of March

Budget Range: 2000-3000$ for the system alone no peripherals

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Gaming, and Gaming

Are you buying a monitor; Yes, looking for a 1440p monitor not included in the price

Do you need to buy OS: Yes, Not included in price

Additional Comments: Looking to have the capability of running Bioshock Infinite, Arma 3, Crysis series and Counter-Srike 1.6 <joke at good rates. This would give me a good enough benchmark.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Its been 6 years and I'm looking for a new build.

Only suggestion I have is think about a 500g SSD (for that amount of money you are spending) a little more will be worth it. Great build.

Nice build. I second getting a bigger SSD- as big as you can afford. I have the 1tb version of the Samsung 850 pro, it does the job and load times are near nonexistent on most programs.

For air flow the corsair obsidian are not the best. Take a look at what NZXT has to offer for cases, they come with easy to access dust filters on their higher end cases. http://www.nzxt.com/category/products/1-cases

Maybe get a Noctua air cooler instead? Just a thought.

That's a great point about the larger ssd. I was just under the impression if you're just loading your boot sequence to it, it didn't matter much. I'll look into a larger one.

As far as air coolers I haven't found a conclusive test that showed the h100i being beaten by any air coolers that don't take up a ridiculous amount of room. I won't be using stock fans, I just realized I didn't add those.
