Deep Cool DN500 is a lower quality entry level budget PSU and not a good match for a High end CPU & GPU combo. It does have a single 6+2-pin PCIe power cable that the GTX 970 OC needs so you can install it and use it, but a PSU of higher quality and equal or higher power would be better.
