Its For INDIA - Do us, need a website like NewEgg.com and NCIX.com in INDIA ?

Hey Everyone,

I just got an interesting question in my mind and is it that, don't we indians also want a website like www.newegg.com and www.ncix.com in INDIA as well which only specifically focus on Computers and Computer's Related Products. To get the best price in the country and best shipping.

What do you think ? do we need a specific website like that in INDIA as well, because we also have so many PEOPLE and the growth is increasing and so the demand for PC!

We have to wait until newegg opens its physical base in India to avoid shipping. Also, with increasing demand for PC, having something like NCIX will be very helpful but this is not the right time I guess. The group of people "assembling PCs" are emerging fast now, where still the "pre-built PC" buyers are high.

Did you mean to say that in India we have people buying PRE-Built PC rather than Custom Build.. Dude you are wrong, go to Nehru Place , New Delhi (INDIA's Capital) it is ASIA biggest Computer Sales Market where people buy parts and build.. 😀 your thoughts are wrong ! Anyways thanks 😀

Yes, you very much deliver to India and that too at amazing prices. I wanted to purchase the Nintendo 3DS. In the indian markets the "new" release if for about 17,000 INR while on newegg.com is about 13,000 INR. And guess what? Your dedicated indian NewEgg department has it priced at 21,000 INR and this price difference can be found on every product that you are offering.

NewEgg, the services that you are providing to indians is of no good to us. It is much better to buy from the indian dealers at much lower rates.

Newwgg ships to India and prices with the taxes and shipping are also reasonable ... But apparently they do not provide warranty coverage in India which is pretty bad :-/
