i will use it for editing, streaming, gaming and recording

Your build is pretty cpu heavy for a pure gaming machine. For video editing the 3900x is a beast, but if thats not your primary focus you could free arround 200$ for a storage or gpu upgrade if you take the 3700x which still got 8 cores for productivity.
