I got the Cooler master Trooper Storm and Cooler Master V850 psu.
I connected everything turned the thing on the back on tried everything cables are all connected but nothing is happening no energy signal something happends everything is off.

How can i test if its the motherboard so i can send it back from where i buyed it. Just to be sure that it is the motherboard and i dont send things back that are correct to the Store.

Really power failure is almost always between the board and PSU, you can though try to see if something happens if you remove all components except CPU and try to turn it on. A shorted component will prevent it from starting on a PSU with modern protection.
