72C at load is rock solid. Great temperatures and the Windforce cooler is definitely doing a good job of keeping the card cool.
I wouldn't worry too much about the idle temperature. If it's really bugging you and you want to adjust the idle temperature you can always increase the fan speed a little to lower the temperature. The fans may be a little louder than they are at the stock speed but on the Windforce cooler the fans are pretty quiet so it may not make an audible difference.
I believe AMD's Catalyst Control Center will allow you to adjust the fan curve directly from the driver suite. You can also use free third-party utilities like Sapphire Trixx, MSI Afterburner, or ASUS GPU Tweak to adjust fan speeds and create profiles.
