MB → ASRock B450 PRO4
CPU → AMD Ryzen 5 3600 4.2GHz
COOLER → CPU ID-Cooling Frostflow X 120
GPU → GIGABYTE Radeon RX 5600 XT Gaming OC 6GB GDDR6 192-bit
RAM → HyperX Fury RGB 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Dual Channel Kit
SSD → Kingston A400 480GB SATA-III 2.5 inch
CASE → AQIRYS Arcturus ARG

And this PSU: → Super Flower SF-550K12XP v2 550W
Is this good for maximum performance or does it need to be replaced?

Mediocre cooler -120mm liquid is no better than a good air cooler.
SSD - Personally, I would buy something else. Crucial MX500 or Samsung 860/870 EVO.

But actually PSU: Super Flower SF-550K12XP v2 550W is good for this configuration?

SSD won't effect gaming much, but it can effect the reliability of your system, and responsiveness in some circumstances.

And yes, that superflower PSU is a quality unit that will work fine.
