Question Its possible change the screen to an asus dash tuf f15?

Hello, i have an asus dash tuf f15 fx516pr with a 3070, i7 11370h and a 1080p 144hz screen, i recently had problems with the screen, it has made me lower the refresh rate so that the screen is visible, if I return it to 144 half of the screen remains black and the more days passes the more it makes me lower the hz, so i decided to buy a new screen but I didn't realize that there were different measurements for 40-pin edp, the screen of my laptop appears to be lvds, i attach an image of my original screen:

and this is the new one 1080p 300hz non lvds:

comprasion of both screens conectors, the one on top is the original and the other is new one:

so the question is this, if i buy this adapter it will work to make functional the new display on my laptop?

If I were you, I'd return the panel and source another that is like for like with the one on your laptop, negate the use of an adapter.
