iTunes Not Working With iPod!

I had to delete iTunes from my PC and upon re-installing, it won't let me move the HUNDREDS of non-iTunes songs (stored as mp3 files on device) to my PC. The only option I get is "Remove and Sync". How do I fix this?
Update 1: I have found how to access the .mp3 files, but they're all named nonsense names like "XERU" and in files titled F1 through F19.

Fixed everything. If you access the hidden files, you can grab all the songs from your iPod and import them to iTunes. There ya go. Also, sorry for wasting time. If an admin could close this thread, that'd be nice. Thanks!
