Hi,
I do not know if this is the right location to ask this, but since this is an iTunes question and iTunes is Mac owned, I thought this would be my best spot on this site to ask my question. Any way, I am currently using iTunes on my Windows 10 PC to rip all of my music in Apple Lossless Audio Compression in preparation of my transition back to iPhone and iPad next year. I noticed all of these audio settings under the Playback preferences menu. I am assuming that these settings adjust audio from the file that is being played. My question is do the Playback preference settings also impact how my audio is being ripped? What I mean is do the Playback preference settings alter how my music is ripped from my audio CDs during the ripping process or is the sound quality from the CDs being ripped only impacted by the settings in my import CD settings menu? Thanks.
