ITX Board & Processor Help

Looking for input on what you folks think may be a good itx mobo and cpu combination.

Am looking for a combo that would be quick enough for Ubuntu and applications like web browsing, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.

Would like to spend around $100 to $125 if at all possible.

Newegg has the asrock E350M1 with amd cpu for $99.99 plus shipping. It takes ddr3, which is still cheap.
