[SOLVED] ITX motherboard for i5 7500

I need a new ITX motherboard and have an Intel core i5 7500 processor - what is the best inexpensive motherboard I can buy with decent quality/warranty?
I will be buying a new GPU in the summer (currently have GTX 760).
I have 16gb RAM (2 x 8)
I am in the UK.

Here is a PC Part Picker List for the UK. Depending on your budget, I'd probably opt for the ASUS STRIX B250I Gaming, but wouldn't mind either of the lower priced MSI boards.

I have the MSI Z270I GAMING PRO CARBON and that's what has developed a fault!
I think I'll go for the Asus Strix B250i ...

Blast - placed an order on Amazon for the Asus Strix B250i and it's showing as out of stock - hope it comes back in soon, else I'll have to go for another ... maybe the MSI B250I GAMING PRO AC ?

Any brand can fail.
I would try to buy the exact same motherboard.
You will then have no windows reactivation issues.

Also, a Z270 based motherboard will allow you a future upgrade to an overclockable K suffix processor.

I didn't consider Windows 10 reactivation!
I don't intend to overclock - I haven't in the last two years I had it.
The same board seems to be discontinued other than a few places abroad.

Reactivation issues can be mitigated by assigning your Windows 10 license to a Microsoft account.
