i've asked this question before, but do you need a graphics card to stream games?

I really want to know, i have an i5 7400
and 8GB ddr4 ram, i see people on twitch with this proccessor and ram and a GTX 1050ti 4GB or GTX 1060 3Gb and they stream perfectly when others say this cpu is not good for streaming or it's too "old". so do you 100% need a GPU, or does it rely on your CPU only?

Yes, you need a GPU. The integrated graphics subsystem in the CPU is not strong enough.
The CPU is fine, when paired with a good GPU.
