I've been erased

Hello,
what happened to all my information I try signing in, it doesn't do anything, in another place when I sign in it tells me *error* Ihave no acct. picture does anybody know what happened?

Herr_Koos - I'm sorry , thanks for replying - What I meant was - If I don't go into my toms hardware site for more then a week it forgets me. There's no picture and very little info. about me . So I try logging back in it says mako4 is already been used so I keep re-entering my info. and it finally lets me in . Know of any reason why it keeps doing this to me ?

You shouldn't need to sign in every time. You haven't disabled cookies by any chance?

Do you delete your Temporary Internet Files and browsing history? This can make it happen especially if you delete passwords ect

I did do that about 5 months ago . I only seem to have the problem when I don't go on the site for any length of time ....

Deleting cookies or temp files wouldn't have any effect on your account, other than you'll have to sign in.
