I've Been Getting a Lot of...

BSOD. How can I fix that? I don't know what it is that's causing it. It only comes up when I shut down my computer. Also, I got Norton 360 and it said a few of my devices aren't working properly, any fixes? When you say device drivers you mean the graphics card, motherboard, etc? What do you mean by chipset and how do I uninstall the program? Also, how do I re=install Windows?

Correct, those drivers. The chipset and motherboard drivers are the same thing. Re-installing Windows, put in your restore disks set, or boot off the recovery partition, or whatever you have that was used to install it. If you bought the PC from a vendor it would have come with instructions how to do a restore. Most restore methods will wipe the drive, so make sure you have all your files, favorites, etc... backed up.
